CFP Software, the UK’s largest supplier of software to the property management and lettings industry, is pleased to announce two senior appointments in its Support Department, based in Redruth, Cornwall.
Gill Matthews has been appointed as Head of Support and Stephen Longden as Support Manager. Gill has been with the company for more than 12 years in a senior software development role and so has an in-depth knowledge of CFP, its products and customer base. She takes on overall responsibility for CFP’s 25-strong support department - the largest customer software support centre of its kind in the UK handling some 9000 calls a month. Gill also joins the senior management team at CFP. Stephen joins CFP from BT where he has had considerable experience of running customer call centres right across the UK. His wealth of experience will help CFP to further develop the levels of service that it can offer to its expanding customer base.
