The deal was announced this morning on the first day of the Royal Cornwall Show and takes effect from Monday (11th June).
It will see Harpers, with their considerable experience in manufacturing feeds, produce Cornwall Farmers complete range of quality Pinnacle Compounds feed, working to Cornwall Farmers own formulations.
Harpers has built up an enviable reputation for quality and service since it was founded 20 years ago by Bill Harper. Now part off the family-run Massey Bros (Feeds) Ltd, its purpose-built Holsworthy mill is ideally placed to service Cornwall Farmers customers across the region.
The deal also means that bulk delivery times will be reduced from four to just three working days, which means Cornwall Farmers can be even more responsive to customer needs.
Harpers will also supply the bagged Pinnacle Compounds range through Cornwall Farmers network of 13 Country Stores across Devon and Cornwall.

Cornwall Farmers, which is owned by its 4,200 members and has annual sales of almost £70 million, is one of the leading feeds suppliers in the South West and has more than 40 years’ experience in supplying compound feeds.
Pinnacle Compounds is a comprehensive range of compound feeds and services for dairy, young stock, beef, sheep, pigs and poultry, formulated and manufactured to Cornwall Farmers own exacting specification and standards, and backed up by a leading nutritional advice service.
