Millbay’s lead developer English Cities Fund (ECf) today announced it has selected and agreed terms with Sutton Harbour Group to build and operate a new marina at the heart of Plymouth’s most significant regeneration scheme.

Millbay has been named among the top 50 regeneration projects in the UK in an authoritative new national survey.

The regeneration of Millbay has taken a step forward with the submission of a planning application for the next phase of development.
