An outline planning application has been submitted for up to 250 new homes and a major new public park in Kingsteignton.

Almost 100 people have attended a public exhibition about proposals to create high quality new homes and a public park in Kingsteignton.

Exeter City Council has approved outline plans for a major employment site to the south of the city that that could support 1,000 jobs once developed.
