Progress at the Millendreath Project has taken another forward step as a Cornwall Council planning committee unanimously granted planning permission to developers Espalier for the first phase of the holiday village regeneration project in South East Cornwall.

The Millendreath Project has moved a step nearer to physical reality with developer Espalier’s
submission of a detailed planning application for a stunning resort facilities building.

Plans to transform a run-down holiday village in South East Cornwall into a high class tourism-led development are taking a major step forward with the start of demolitions in the next few weeks.
