The High Court has granted a group of organisations and individuals involved in the development of solar photo-voltaic projects permission to proceed with a Judicial Review on all grounds against the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, Chris Huhne.  

Plans go on display this week to create a solar plantation on the edge of Truro that would help fund an environmental education centre, organic allotments, workshops and provide clean renewable electricity to over 600 homes.
