Priority Sites welcomes Cannis House tenant

30/03/2010

Solicitors firm Nalders, which has offices throughout Cornwall, has signed a 15-year lease on two floors of Priority Sites’ prestigious Cannis House office development in St Austell.

Situated in The Village, the award-winning mixed use development off Carlyon Road, about five minutes’ walk from St Austell town centre, Cannis House offers high quality, energy efficient office accommodation with allocated car parking.

Nalders is taking the ground and first floors of Cannis House with a total area of 6,222 sq ft (578 sq m). The firm will have 25 staff based there, and expects to have moved in by April 2010.

Robert McGuffie, Priority Sites’ senior development manager for the South West, who is based in Redruth, said: “Cannis House offers a very high quality business environment and we’re delighted that Nalders have chosen it as their new St Austell base. With easy access and its own car parking we’re expecting strong demand for the last remaining floor.”

Nalders’ St Austell partner, Simon O'Reilly, said: “Cannis House is an ideal building for us and will make a huge difference to our staff and clients as we can bring our three separate St Austell offices together on one site. We’re looking forward to having everyone moved in next month.”

The remaining top floor of Cannis House offers 3,163 sq ft (294 sq m) of space and is available on flexible terms from joint agents May Whetter & Grose (01726 222960) and Alder King (01872 222174).

Priority Sites also has four high quality office units available on Falmouth Business Park ranging from 950 sq ft (88 sq m) to 2,507 sq ft (233 sq m), available to rent or buy through Miller Commercial (01872-247000).

Priority Sites, which is a commercial development company jointly owned by the Royal Bank of Scotland and the Homes and Community Agency, has a number of bespoke and speculative commercial property developments in the pipeline in Cornwall.
