DCA has handled all aspects of media and communications for Millbay’s lead developer English Cities Fund, from consultation and planning stages to start on site and including the international launch of the scheme at MIPIM - the world’s premier real estate and development summit, in Cannes. Millbay’s impressive first development Cargo gained significant media coverage for its official opening by TV property presenter Melissa Porter and the sales that followed have seen Cargo credited in the media with leading the recovery of the housing market in Plymouth.
