Wave Hub

Wave Hub is a pioneering marine renewable energy project that has created the world’s largest test site for wave energy devices around 10 miles off the coast of Cornwall.

It consists of a giant electrical ‘socket’ on the seabed in 50 metres of water, connected to the National Grid via a subsea cable, allowing wave device developers to plug in and test their new technology on a scale never seen before.

DCA has handled all public relations activity for Wave Hub since the project’s inception, working with regional, national and international media including key sector press and social media platforms.
